Product Manager / Owner - UI/UX

Job Description
As a PM responsible for our frontends, you'll help to set product vision and roadmap collaborating with design and engineering teams to build the right product. At Laya, product managers are highly flexible, technically-minded, and will adjust to whatever is needed to deliver great products to our customers.

  • Work and collaborate with the product team to set the roadmap for LAYA user interfaces.
  • Understand our customers by talking with customers, interacting with go-to-market teams, and digging into product data.
  • Research, conceptualise and create a prioritised backlog for new features and products.
  • Execute your backlog together with your scrum team using agile principles.
  • Measure, analyze and report to the organization on the success of our products
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to immerse yourself in the vacation package user journey - making sure our frontend provides a superior and flawless eCommerce experience.

  • 2+ years of product management experience at a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Strong customer-first mindset, with a talent for translating customer problems into the right product solutions.
  • Proven track record of having successfully shipped UI/UX applications and features
  • UI/UX development, testing and conversion optimisation.
  • You are capable to handle the setup of frontend and backend applications and understand the main API principles.
  • Bonus: You have collected some experience in the travel industry.
